Gilliard's practice is driven by passion. Working with migrant farm workers during her college spring break in Apopka, Florida living with a Mexican host family, Gilliard learned first hand what the "American Dream" means to many people. Traveling for studies to Mexico and living with a host family, researching migration of the Caribbean people in Great Britain and conducting independent research on

U.S. immigration laws comparative to other nations, Gilliard understands the desire her clients face to become legal in the U.S. Gilliard strives to provide professional, efficient and successful results for her clients, enabling many to either reside in the U.S. permanently or work temporarily so that they may gain the knowledge and finances to support their families abroad.
